Suzanne Heid, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Executive Director

Suzanne is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland and leads educational and clinical programming at Trellis Services.  She holds a master’s degree in school counseling psychology from Western Maryland College and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Suzanne began her career at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and has over 20 years of professional experience supporting the academic and behavioral needs of children with autism. She is also a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts and the Maryland Association for Behavior Analysis.

Diana Campitelli, M.S.Ed.

Executive Director- Autism Waiver

Diana leads Trellis’ home and community-based Autism Waiver services. She is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Education and holds a Master’s Degree and certification in special education.  She has also completed the coursework necessary for a BCBA certification. She gained experience in the classroom at the Kennedy Krieger Institute’s LEAP program and the High Road Academy of Howard County.  Diana has been with Trellis since its inception in 2001 and has more than 20 years of professional experience educating children with autism.

Anne McHugh, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director, Hunt Valley

Anne is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland who has been working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other special needs in school, clinic and home settings since 1998. Prior to joining Trellis Services, she managed her own private practice providing ABA services and consulting services to families, ABA professionals, and educators in the Baltimore area. Anne earned a B.A. in Psychology from Loyola University, M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Towson University and Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of North Texas. Anne is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts and the Maryland Association for Behavior Analysis.

Stephanie Moore, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Stephanie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and leads our educational programming at The Trellis School. Stephanie holds a masters degree in administration and a bachelors degree in Elementary Education and Special Education  from Towson University.  Stephanie has over 12 years of experience developing educational and behavioral programs in both public and non-public settings. 

Lauren Bender, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Assistant Clinical Director, Columbia

Lauren is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland. Prior to joining Trellis, Lauren was a Special Education Teacher and Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Coordinator in the Kennedy Krieger Schools’ Fairmount and L.E.A.P. programs. She earned her MS in Severe Disabilities with an additional Graduate Certificate in Teaching Students With Autism and Other Pervasive Developmental Disorders at Johns Hopkins University, and Graduate Certificate in ABA from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is a member of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, Association for Behavior Analysis International, and the Maryland Association of Behavior Analysts.

It is truly my honor to serve our children and families. I am passionate about the application of our science to building meaningful lives for our learners–rich in joy, choice, and dignity.

Lauren Richardson, BCaBA

School Partnerships Coordinator

Lauren is the School Partnerships Program Coordinator, leading ABA services for children within their school settings. She is a graduate of Stevenson University and holds a bachelors degree in Human Services. Lauren is also a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and currently working toward a master’s in special education and applied behavior analysis. Lauren has worked in many roles throughout her 10 year at Trellis, gaining experience as a Behavior Interventionist, Clinical Supervisor and Director of Early Intervention services. 

Caitlin Sprouse, MS, OTR/L

Director of Outpatient Related Services

Caitlin graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has a strong background in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, Verbal Behavior Therapy and has been working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities for over 16 years.  Caitlin holds her Certification in Sensory Integration from the University of Southern California’s Continuing Education Program, and has completed many advanced sensory integration courses including ‘The Alert Program’, Handwriting Without Tears, and the Beckman Oral Motor training. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and Maryland Occupational Therapy Association.

Tiffany Garner, Psy.D.

Psychological Services

Tiffany is a licensed psychologist in the state of Maryland. She earned her Master’s and Doctoral Degrees in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University in Maryland. She previously served as medical faculty at MWPH where she developed the Assessment of Autism and Related Therapies Program. Tiffany specializes in the assessment and diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders as well as the treatment of anxiety, ADHD and behavioral problems. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, Maryland Psychological Association, National Register of Health Service Providers and Autism Society of America.

Kathy is the founder of Trellis and has been dedicated to serving children with autism in Maryland for the last 20 years. She received her master’s degree in community counseling from Georgia State University and her doctorate degree in school psychology with a minor in neuropsychology from the University of Georgia. During her two decades in the field of developmental disabilities, she has worked with children and their families through the Kennedy Krieger Institute and University of Maryland.

My passion is providing treatment that enables individuals to navigate the world around them with happiness, confidence, and independence.
